REQUIRE URGENT FUNDING / COLLACTERAL PROVIDERS/ Investors
We have several projects on hand that require collateral or finance options.
What we require methods which will provide us FULL FUNDING OF PROJECTS, but also flexibility on the repayments, or other optional method. We are willing to invest for each project, no more than 10% of purchase price for some of these projects.
We currently have below projects on hand needing funding:
a) INVESTOR Required for Gold Mine in Asia, requirement around USD$250 million.
b) HOTELS PROJECT (1x Operational USD$15M, 1 x To be completed USD$75M 1 x 5Star Hotel @USD$300M and 1x 14 Floor Commercial Building @ USD$ 25 Million)
c) GOLD MINE INVESTMENT IN ASIA in the following RAW MATERIALS: Gold, Silver and Platinum. Require USD$250 million.
d) RESORTS, HOSPITALS, MINING, RAIL, INVENTIVE PRODUCTS and various others. We do have current options available to us but we still like to explore more.
